Job Description
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Media Lead to oversee and manage our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for Sprout Digital’s services.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Ads Management:
• Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Track and report performance with clear ROI insights.

SEO & Content:

• Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies.
• Optimize websites and landing pages for search visibility.
• Work with content/design teams to execute campaigns.

Client Growth Strategy:

• Help shape marketing strategies for Sprout Digital and its clients.
• Present insights and campaign reports in a clear, client-friendly way.

Collaboration:

• Work with designers, developers, and content creators to bring campaigns to life.
• Support Sprout Digital’s internal marketing efforts (brand visibility, lead generation).

Requirements

• Proven experience running Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc. a plus).
• Strong analytical skills — able to interpret data and recommend actions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative problem-solving and willingness to test and learn.
• Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or TikTok Ads.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to write simple, compelling ad copy.
