Job Description
We are seeking a driven and persuasive Cold Caller to turn our prospects into loyal clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making a minimum of 100 calls per day, qualifying leads, pitching our services, and setting appointments for follow-up or conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to potential clients across various industries.
- Client Engagement: Deliver a clear and convincing pitch about Sprout Digital’s services and value proposition.
- Qualify Prospects: Assess the interest and readiness of leads to engage our services.
- Follow-Up: Schedule appointments and follow-up calls to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Accurately document call outcomes, update lead status, and track conversions in the CRM system.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion goals.
- Feedback Loop: Relay market insights and objections to help refine sales messaging and strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales (B2B experience is a plus).
- Confident, energetic, and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle objections calmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
